Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Standard Shipping (Australia): $12.50 flat rate.
Express Shipping (Australia): $15 flat rate.
Free Shipping: Available for Australian orders over $150.
At this time, Townsman does not offer international shipping. We currently deliver only within Australia.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that your order is being prepared for dispatch but does not include a tracking number.
You will receive a tracking number in a separate email at the time of dispatch, which you can use to monitor your shipment’s progress.
To ensure secure deliveries, we ship using the trusted carrier Australia Post. They provide options for safe place deliveries and guidelines for compensation in the event of parcel loss.
Once Australia Post collects your parcel, it becomes their responsibility to deliver it safely. You can update delivery instructions through their system, including choosing an alternate delivery location to reduce the risk of porch theft.
While Townsman takes great care in preparing and dispatching orders, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel’s journey.
For items available for pre-order, please review the product description thoroughly to confirm you’re comfortable with the estimated shipping date.
